We are actively searching for regions that may benefit from our unique capabilities and passion. Before committing to a community, several criteria must be met.  Once invited, we launch extensive epidemiologic investigations to collect information on regional health trends, diseases, and population characteristics.  Local support and contacts must be solidified to ensure safety and transit of equipment, goods, and personnel, and a team may then be deployed.  All in, the process requires many months of planning and research. 

Once, committed, we will return to the community, fully staffed and stocked, every six months to provide services and assist in regional development through health and health education.   Our goal is to provide community support to a then autonomous and functioning society, accountable and educated on its current and future health status.  We hope to provide support through continuous education, supplies, and ancillary services as needed and participate as the community constructs into a profitable, self-sustained entity.
