We have two passions: medicine and surfing. By combining the two we are focusing our energies and efforts on communities dependent upon surfing and surf tourism.

Our mission is to provide medical care to underservered communities and to educate medical professionals about medical issues in the developing world. We provide full medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical services to people who have limited access to health care.
